Our first Bedford computer service call was in October 2001. A local real estate agent who worked out of her Bedford home called to say she had no dialtone on her modem. We replaced her modem and got her back up then helped her assistant with some AOL tutoring. A few weeks later we went back and helped them switch to high-speed DSL and networked their two PCs together.
